Combining activities and broadening services will create leading position in DevOps
Computest DevOps is merging with CloseSure, the data and test engineering service provider. This move will create a company with over 300 employees. With Computest DevOps and CloseSure joining forces, clients will enjoy a broader service portfolio and even more high-quality technical expertise. They will also benefit from CloseSure’s strong regional presence, with five offices in the Netherlands. For employees, the merger means they can continue to develop and grow in various areas.
Previously, in April of this year, Computest DevOps acquired SYSQA, a service provider in software testing and quality assurance. The merger with CloseSure enhances the company's position as a leading DevOps specialist.

Development and retraining opportunities
Integration with CloseSure will add about 50 data engineers and 50 test specialists with specific knowledge to the Computest DevOps team. This will create attractive opportunities for all employees to further their development, master new tools or even retrain as data engineers or DevOps specialists. Moreover, because CloseSure's five offices will remain operational, employees can continue to work in their own regions and the overall Computest DevOps organisation will be better placed to attract talent from across the country.

Ruesink will assume the role of Managing Director at the new integrated organisation and will sit on the board. CloseSure will continue to operate under its own name for the time being. In the coming months, an integration team consisting of members from both companies will take on the task of merging the two organisations.
